The church is responsible to set its own income and spending priorities.  The Trustees Committee and the Church Treasurer prepare a budget annually to forecast giving and to control expenditures.  The trustees meet regularly to monitor results through the year.  The year's results and the next year's budget are presented at the annual meeting of the congregation. 

Each year during the October-November time frame the church conducts a pledge campaign to help church members look at the work of the church and decide their individual level of giving.  The church encourages each member to make a formal pledge of the amount they can give and helps members monitor their giving during the year.  Pledge Sunday is usually the second Sunday of November.

You can of course put your gift in the collection basket at Sunday service or mail your check to the church office.  We will be establishing an electronic payment program to make donating and record keeping easier for those who prefer to use their computer for financial transactions.
